Customer service was excellent and I was kept informed of progress. I had a long wait for a courtesy car which was very inconvenient with only having one car in the family and the repairs took several weeks, however, I do appreciate that the parts shortage played a major part in this and it was beyond the control of Flints, so overall I was very pleased with the service. Aviva/RAC initially delayed the process as the car was just left in a compound for nearly a week before we had to chase up the repair but once the car was at GBF the service was excellent. Thank you. Feb 23

What an amazing company. We had only had our VW campervan 8 weeks when someone backed into the side of it. We were messed about with the other persons insurance company. We were in despair when VW assist directed us to Flints. They dealt with everything and liaised with our own insurers and van converter who had to remove and refit conversion. The repair is outstanding, communication was brilliant, staff very friendly. It was an hour and a half drive for us but we needed a repairer that was close to our van converters. To be honest if I ever have to have an accident repair ever again I would travel the distance just to get this level of service again. Dec 22
