Simon and Cara, kept in contact with me at every stage of the repair, I never had to ring fix auto once for an update. This is in complete parallel to the rest of the claim in which I've spent the majority of the months since the incident (Oct 2020) on the phone waiting on hold talking to either the AA, AXA or AX for updates on how to progress. As soon as fix auto received my car the whole process kicked in to gear even when they had to wait 2 weeks for one of AXA engineers to get in contact with me they kept me in contact and I felt that they were the only company I had contact with that actually cared about repairing my car and getting it back go me to get on the road, excellent. Gentleman who walked me round the vehicle, and kept me updated, I have not got his name. And also receptionist very good, genuinely said, no problem if you are a bit late, here is my mobile number when you arrive.
