Karl, who worked with me on working out if it was an insurance job. The receptionist, who offered me a vehicle pick-up, and texted progress reports. The repair team - gave confidence of the vehicle being Covid-clear after the repair. Really excellent all-round team

We thought the standard of service was very professional, friendly and detailed as to meet our expectations. Staff were also very vigilant of the new Covid 19 measures in place to safeguard us and themselves. July 20

When we first visited, Mid March, Geoff, our initial assessor was great and very helpful and knowledgable and the lady on the front desk was lovely too (sorry, didn't catch her name). When we dropped the car in for work, the gentleman on the desk was also really nice as was the gentleman from the service dept who had a quick look at the damage with me. He had a nice smiley face mask on which I thought was a nice touch. When we picked up the car, it was the same gentleman on the desk – again, very nice and pleasant – but a different gentleman from the service dept this time. Sorry I don't have their names but they were all very nice, friendly and professional. It was a great experience.

With lock down conditions it was not suited to building up personal rapport, however telephone/email contact made up for that. May 20
