Criteria:
Quality of the proposal – Information relating to the drivers and chips will be requested
Clear understanding of brief and business – Guidance will be expected in terms of ensuring the specification is necessarily the most efficient solution for our site without compromising on the quality of light spread
Lux Levels – Critical is that lux levels will eventually meet 1000 lux at floor level in the production area. Also CIBSE guidelines, relating to lux levels must be achieved throughout the rest of the site.
The expertise and ability to undertake the project – References may be requested
Evidence and track record of previous projects – Site visits of prior projects may be requested
Lead time – maximum of a 4 week lead time is required
Value for money – Judged upon price, quality of proposed equipment, efficiency of proposed equipment, lumen output of the proposed lights
Price – Competitive price. However consideration will be made with respect to price vs quality
Payment Terms – 30% deposit will be paid upfront, with 70% settled on completion
Closing date for applicants is 12th January 2020
