The Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work on Thursday and Friday from 8am to 5pm as part of a small team in our office. No Saturday working in this position.
As part of the team, you will: -
Deal with telephone enquiries
Update our customers, suppliers and colleagues by phone, text, or email.
Liaising with customers and staff – face to face
Organising our services to meet the customer’s needs.
The Person
You need to be confident, with previous experience of working in a customer service role with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
You will need good communication skills with experience in MS office.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Previous experience of working in the motor trade would be useful but it’s not essential for the right person.
