Here at GB Flints we are keen to support those wanting to join the vehicle repair industry. Previously we have offered work experience placements for local schools and apprenticeships for school leavers.
From leaving school last year, Lucas studied vehicle mechanics at a local college, but his real passion is body repair. After an interview and successful work trial, Lucas was able to join our team as an apprentice Panel Technician at the start of this month. He will complete his current mechanical course, and then start a three year course in Light Vehicle Body Repair.
Lucas is being mentored by Paul, a highly skilled and qualified member of our team. Paul has been so impressed by Lucas’ enthusiasm, progress and commitment that he recommended the gift of a starter tool kit and roll-cabinet.
